By accessing and using the Kamalmedia website (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Kamalmedia is a B2B corporate audiovisual production agency based in Argentina. The Service allows corporations to hire drone recordings, safety training videos, and corporate event coverage. All audiovisual content is delivered under the terms agreed upon in the corresponding production contract.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information regarding the project scope, necessary permits for recordings on their premises, and any applicable safety requirements. Kamalmedia shall not be liable for delays or breaches arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
All audiovisual material produced by Kamalmedia is owned by Kamalmedia until full payment for the project has been received. Once paid, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the material for the agreed purposes. Kamalmedia reserves the right to use excerpts of the material in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
Kamalmedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits. Kamalmedia's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing project by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance. In the event of cancellation by the client, a percentage of the agreed budget will be retained as compensation for work already performed and administrative costs incurred. Kamalmedia reserves the right to suspend access to the Service if the client breaches these terms.
Kamalmedia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. It is the client's responsibility to periodically review this page to stay informed of any modifications.
